If you believe that content you submitted was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter notification.

Your counter notification must include:

  1. Your physical or electronic signature
  2. Identification of the material that was removed or disabled and the location where it appeared before removal
  3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification
  4. Your name, address, telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the appropriate federal court, and that you will accept service of process from the person who submitted the original DMCA notice

Repeat Infringer Policy

Integrity First Credit Repair maintains a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, users or account holders who are determined to be repeat infringers. Integrity First Credit Repair reserves the right to suspend or terminate access for violations of this policy.

Third-Party Content Disclaimer

Content displayed through Integrity First Credit Repair may be provided by users, independent contractors, affiliates, agencies, clients, or other third parties.
